We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and compassionately. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings, familiarity with electronic medical records, and a robust understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities
Manage patient communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with verifying patient insurance information and processing billing inquiries
Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed
Ensure patients receive timely follow-up and necessary information regarding their care
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and healthcare regulations
Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and office software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to patient service
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Previous office experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail
