Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Manage cash register operations, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and effective communication skills




Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers
Utilize basic math skills for transaction accuracy and sales calculations

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous
Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role
