Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits to meet customer needs
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Conduct basic inventory checks and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or consumer electronics sales
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience conducting product demos or technical sales enhances your ability to educate customers about complex products
Robust organizational skills and time management are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
Familiarity with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques will set you apart in this role
