Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards
Qualifications
Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift
