We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Maintenance qualified to ensure our facilities remain spotless, safe, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks and basic maintenance duties across our commercial spaces. Your efforts will help create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors while maintaining the integrity of our facilities.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Carry out basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or addressing minor equipment issues to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, storage areas, and supply rooms to promote safety and organization
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities
Assist with set-up and breakdown for events or meetings as needed
Keep accurate records of completed tasks, supplies used, and maintenance requests for reporting purposes
Requirements Painting and cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Legally permitted to work in Canada
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Able to lift up to SO pounds
Comfortable using ladders and basic hand tools
Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends or emergency calls
Restoration or construction experience is an asset
