Join our agile team as a Barn Washing and Pressure Washing Specialist! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of farm structures and equipment through thorough barn washing and high-pressure cleaning techniques. Your efforts will ensure a safe, hygienic environment for livestock and farm operations.

Duties
Perform thorough barn washing to remove dirt, manure, and debris, ensuring a clean workplace for animals and staff
Utilize pressure washers to clean equipment, fences, pens, and other farm structures efficiently and safely
Conduct heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, hoses, and equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning tasks
Maintain and operate farm machinery related to cleaning processes with proper mechanical knowledge
Follow safety protocols at all times during pressure washing activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Inspect equipment regularly for maintenance needs or repairs and report issues promptly




Assist in setting up cleaning stations and preparing supplies for daily tasks to maximize efficiency

Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating pressure washers and minor maintenance of cleaning equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday
Experience working with farm machinery or in agricultural environments is preferred
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damaging structures or equipment
Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
