Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
Provide product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions
Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, and upselling techniques to maximize store revenue
Basic math skills for quick calculations and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks and maintain a tidy checkout area
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
Bilingual proficiency (English required) enhances communication with a broader customer base
Knowledge of retail merchandising, product demos, and technology sales is advantageous
