We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess experience in beverage preparation. This role offers an chance to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, time management, and food safety are essential. The position involves preparing beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and customer seating areas
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




Follow health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards and food safety regulations

Skills
Previous Barista experience is required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and food safety protocols
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Valuable communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently
