In this senior leadership role, you will report to the Vice President of Mine Technical Services at Torex Gold. Direct responsibilities include overseeing mineral resource estimations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring geological teams. You will leverage your significant industry experience to influence technical due diligence for acquisitions and foster collaboration among site teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate systems for mineral resource governance
• Review and approve mineral resource estimates for compliance
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary technical teams




• Provide technical guidance on exploration priorities
• Support due diligence in potential acquisitions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Geology or related field
• Qualified Geoscientist (P.Geo.) registration required
• Minimum 15 years of experience in mining or consulting
• Extensive knowledge of geological modeling software
• Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus
