It requires effective collaboration with Product Management and the Global Product Development Team, focusing on customer-driven product concepts and industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to Technical Sales Agronomy teams
• Oversee field trials for product evaluation
• Facilitate technical knowledge sharing for launches
• Collaborate on differentiated product concepts
• Champion safety and compliance in operations
Requirements:
• University degree in agricultural life sciences
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the Ag industry
• Solid strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the US
