Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Enterprise Legal portfolio, focusing on governance and compliance

• Develop operational objectives aligned with strategic direction
• Identify emerging legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• LL.B., J.D. or equivalent law degree
• Minimum 12 years of senior legal experience
• Expertise in corporate governance and compliance
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
