Key Responsibilities:
• Develop product and technical vision for regenerative agriculture initiatives
• Ensure project specifications align with PUR’s mission and values
• Lead development of technical specifications for project designs




• Support preparation of financial models and budgets
• Represent PUR at industry events and stakeholder meetings

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Ecology, or related fields
• 7-10 years in project design focused on regenerative practices
• Experience in managing agricultural field activities
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects
• Strong financial modeling and risk analysis skills
