Our client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with over 10 years of rough-in construction expertise. Specializing in stacked townhome developments, you will supervise site operations, quality control, and health and safety protocols. A post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred to ensure you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all site construction operations and activities
• Uphold Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
• Organize and manage site staff, trades, and contractors




• Implement health and safety project plans and MOL requirements
• Create and monitor project schedules, providing updates to management

Requirements:
• 10+ years as a Site Superintendent in low-mid rise construction
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Solid team orientation and solution-focused
• Thorough knowledge of multi-family construction
• Additional related duties as required
