Drive identity and access management initiatives as Aviso’s Principal IAM Engineer. This role focuses on designing and implementing IAM strategies for secure access governance.

As a key part of the Technology Ops & Support Partners team, you'll support end-to-end IAM processes. Your responsibilities will include defining policies and standards while integrating applications with a focus on security and compliance. This position demands hands-on experience with IAM protocols and tools, offering the chance to innovate and drive change in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define IAM policies and standards across governance
• Oversee identity architecture and toolset optimization




• Enhance joiner-mover-leaver workflows for users
• Improve access reviews and reporting for audits
• Configure platforms and automate using various tools

Requirements:
• 8+ years in IAM with extensive tool use
• In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization
• Proven design of RBAC/ABAC models
• Automation skills with PowerShell and Python
• Experience navigating regulated environments
