The Director of Care provides vital leadership for GNDV’s complex care community. This role encompasses managing clinical staff, developing care plans, monitoring compliance with regulations, and ensuring the well-being of residents. With a focus on person-centered approaches, you will enhance care programs and facilitate community engagement with residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the clinical team to meet residents’ needs
• Oversee interdisciplinary care plans and service evaluations




• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenditures effectively
• Foster communication and support for resident well-being

Requirements:
• Current nursing license from BC College of Nurses
• Minimum one year of leadership experience in care
• Knowledge of chronic diseases and wellness practices
• Proven skills in financial oversight and team management
• Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is an asset
