You will report to the VP of Partner Programs & Experience, focusing on enhancing partner satisfaction and managing the commercial deal support infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from recruitment to retention
• Optimize the partner portal for self-service capabilities
• Design governance and processes for deal registration frameworks




• Manage Lead-to-Cash processes to streamline transactions
• Lead the Project Management Office for complex deals

Requirements:
• 10+ years in partner experience or commercial operations
• Proven leadership in deal support functions
• Hands-on experience with partner relationship management
• Ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively
• Solid knowledge of deal registration processes
