We are seeking a seasoned Lead Estimator to be part of our head office in South Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of construction estimating expertise. You will analyze plans, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare thorough cost estimates, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines through close collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project plans to grasp requirements and scope
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and materials
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing information




• Assist in bid proposal preparation and compliance
• Analyze costs and provide value engineering options

Requirements:
• 10+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Familiarity with ICI and Residential projects is beneficial
• Robust mathematical and analytical capabilities
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
