Elevate community engagement as the Community Program Leader with our enthusiastic team in High Level, Alberta. Play a vital role in developing and facilitating programs from day camps to community events.

Join a dedicated Community Services team that encourages creativity and innovation in program development for diverse audiences. You will execute and plan multiple events, such as Canada Day celebrations, Youth/Teen nights, and Art in the Park, ensuring they resonate with families and children alike. Your expertise in fostering relationships with community partners and volunteers will also be essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate community programs independently and collaboratively
• Plan and deliver seasonal events and activities




• Engage with volunteers and community organizations
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and Town staff
• Support program development for all age groups

Requirements:
• Experience in event planning and implementation
• Educational background in Recreation or related fields
• Food Protected and First Aid certifications are required
• Completion of Orientation to Child Care Level 1 or ability to obtain
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
