The Shop Supervisor is responsible for supporting management and leading staff in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, organization, and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Lead by example and maintain a positive, skilled work environment




Provide excellent and friendly customer service
Keep staff organized and working efficiently during busy periods
Support and train current employees
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and store standards are maintained
Help resolve customer concerns professionally
Monitor workflow and make sure tasks are completed properly
Encourage teamwork and clear communication between employees
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Ensure opening, closing, prep, and cleaning procedures are followed
Work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy
Assist management with staff performance and day-to-day operational issues
