Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care tasks and daily living activities
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions




• Maintain accurate shift documentation in electronic records

Requirements:
• PSW Certification with minimum 600 hours of training
• Experience with person-centered care philosophy
• Positive interpersonal and communication skills
