Launch your career with ARC Resources as a 16-month Information Technology Co-op Student starting in May 2027 in Calgary. You will gain hands-on experience in technology support and troubleshooting.
This role is ideal for students in their second or third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Technology Management. You will enhance your analytical and communication skills while troubleshooting desktop hardware and applications. Collaborating with the IT team, you will respond to service desk inquiries and maintain documentation in ServiceNow, all while gaining industry-relevant knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to service desk inquiries and requests
• Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software issues
• Log service requests and incidents in ServiceNow
• Document problem resolutions and maintain knowledge base
• Deploy operating systems using SCCM and Intune
Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry applications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and networking concepts
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
