What You’ll Do:
As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our success,



taking responsibility for:

Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.

Providing hands‑on leadership, coaching, and fostering a team-oriented, high‑performing store environment.

Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.

Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
