Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Each day, you will oversee guest services and ski valet operations, support and coach team members, assist with guest requests and special needs, coordinate parking and vehicle retrieval, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Who We’re Looking For:

You are outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal and customer service abilities. You are highly organized and detail-oriented,



with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player who works well in a collaborative environment while also being comfortable working independently. Previous valet or customer service experience is considered an asset.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, setting the standard for exceptional guest service.

Supervise and support the Guest Services team, ensuring associates provide warm, professional, and efficient service.

Oversee ski valet services, including receiving, organizing, storing, and retrieving guests’ ski equipment efficiently and safely.

Oversee parking and vehicle retrieval operations, ensuring vehicles are handled efficiently and safely.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests receive accurate and helpful information.

Assist guests with luggage, special requests, and other needs as required.

Monitor daily operations and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest service and ski valet area.





Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations.

Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members to maintain service standards and departmental procedures.

Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally, escalating matters to management when required.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

Computer literacy Hotel

PMS experience an asset

Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Willingness to learn, develop & grow

Numerical acuity and high attention to detail

Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions

Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)

Professional presentation

Canadian Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation

Must be willing to work holidays and weekends

Able to perform other duties as required

Lift up to 50 lbs
