Elevate fan experiences as a Venue Operations Supervisor with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Lead event execution and customer service operations at iconic venues like BMO Field and Coca-Cola Coliseum.

As an essential member of MLSE's Conversions team, you will oversee event logistics and ensure the seamless execution of venue transformations. Your leadership will be critical in fostering collaboration between front and back-of-house teams. You will also play a key role in guiding staff through pre-shift briefings and maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and team leadership
• Supervise venue-mode changes at key MLSE facilities
• Ensure adherence to building safety procedures




• Conduct effective pre-shift briefings with staff
• Document incidents and follow up on operational issues

Requirements:
• Availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Supervisory experience in Building Operations or similar fields
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience in a unionized environment beneficial
