We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused security professional to join our team as a Mobile Security Supervisor (Full-Time).
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting and supervising field staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client service standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support mobile security staff during assigned shifts
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to recent and current mobile staff regarding patrol procedures and alarm investigations
Assist with alarm response and building patrols
Liaise between clients and site staff in emergency situations
Conduct staff follow-ups regarding performance and disciplinary matters
Respond to employee emergencies, injuries, or workplace incidents and document accordingly
Conduct regular patrols, dispatch, and respond to alarms at client properties
Ensure operational tools, vehicles, and systems are functional; report any maintenance issues
Coordinate site activity and shift coverage; lead shift briefings
Provide exceptional customer service and promote a professional company image
Enforce company policies and procedures as required
Qualifications
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
At least 3 years of security experience
A valid BC Security Worker Licence
Valid Basic First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1 or equivalent)
Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
High school diploma is required at a minimum; however, post-secondary education is preferred
Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing)
Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
Strong organizing and planning skills
Ability to work without close supervision
Good physical fitness
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Mobile Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to regularly interact with all Security Officers and Supervisors, as well as various members of SSRG Management.
