Tyndale is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to assist the TWC Director in facilitating wellness via psychotherapy and related services. You will develop policies, supervise clinical practices, and recruit therapists for student and community services. Maintenance and training of technology resources, alongside effective program delivery and evaluation, are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures
• Supervise interns and independent therapists




• Maintain technology resources in collaboration with IT
• Provide clinical supervision aligned with regulatory standards
• Enhance community awareness of services

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in clinical counseling or therapy
• Membership in CRPO, AAMFT, or CACFT
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability in crisis situations
