In this temporary 6-month role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support on-site. Key tasks include troubleshooting Windows operating systems, installing IT equipment, and resolving network connectivity issues. Your strong customer service skills will ensure a professional support experience for all users in the local environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and peripheral issues
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers




• Perform workstation setup and software installation
• Resolve network connectivity and VPN issues

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Desktop Support or IT Support
• Hands-on experience with Windows desktops
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity
• Robust communication skills and customer service orientation
