Full-Time Baker

Start Time: 6:30 AM
Schedule: Full-time
Availability: Monday - Saturday
Must be available Saturdays

Responsibilities include:
Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, buns, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, and specialty items from scratch
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens etc.
Ensure baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with the team to develop current products or seasonal offerings
Assist in packaging, labeling, and displaying baked goods for sale




Follow daily production plans and complete tasks in a timely manner
Working efficiently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment
Ability to work well with a team

Qualifications:
Experience in baking / working in a kitchen
Knowledge of baking techniques and understanding of ingredients
Ability to follow recipes and production processes
Solid organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, trays, etc.)
Comfortable working in a warm, busy kitchen environment
