As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality proposals for Amico’s large-scale infrastructure projects. Your background in proposal coordination within the construction sector will be vital for building successful submissions. Engage closely with both internal and external teams to ensure consistency and compliance throughout proposal materials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of EOIs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Create high-quality proposal content and materials
Coordinate with external partners for submission success
Collaborate to compile executive summaries and project sheets
Maintain updated project and proposal databases
Requirements
Relevant undergraduate degree required
At least three years of experience in proposal coordination
Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
Robust Microsoft Office proficiency
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
