The role involves managing, supporting, and troubleshooting routing, switching, SD‐WAN, and voice technologies in a large‐scale enterprise setting, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.Technical Skills & ResponsibilitiesNetwork (Mandatory)Configure, manage, and support enterprise Routers and Switches .Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP .Provide operational and implementation support for Cisco SD‐WAN (Viptela / Catalyst SD‐WAN) .Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.Voice & Unified CommunicationsSupport and manage Cisco Unified Communications, Voice Conferencing, and Webex platforms.Strong understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) principles and PBX functionalities .Hands‐on experience with:Cisco JabberCisco Call Manager (CUCM)Cisco Unity ConnectionDialer, ICMCisco PresenceSIP, SCCP,
