Become a pivotal member of SOURCES' Behavior Analyst team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Prince George. This role involves client assessment, intervention planning, and community support.

We are seeking a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst available for travel in the Prince George area. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and writing skills, alongside knowledge of diverse cultures and disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and developing intervention plans, ensuring evidence-based practices are applied effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel bi-weekly to surrounding communities
• Conduct Intake and Functional Behavioural Assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based Intervention Plans




• Liaise with caregivers and maintain accurate clinical notes
• Advocate for clients as per MCFD guidelines

Requirements:
• BCBA Certification or actively pursuing it
• Two years’ experience in Behavior Analyses
• Master’s degree in related fields
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle administrative duties effectively
