In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability. Your experience in customer service will allow you to facilitate smooth sales experiences and provide timely solutions while demonstrating product knowledge. Collaborate with outside sales reps and ensure our showroom is welcoming and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Provide best-in-class service, resolving customer issues
• Identify customer needs and recommend products/services




• Process and enter detailed customer orders into the system
• Support outside sales representatives with quotes and orders

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software
• Highly motivated and self-starting
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
