Our projects are primarily industrial and design-build in nature and typically involve multiple disciplines, including:
Concrete foundations and civil work
Structural steel fabrication and erection
Fabric building systems
Mechanical systems and equipment installation
Electrical systems and controls
For both positions, we are looking for candidates with construction industry experience, ideally in industrial, commercial, mining, fabrication, or design-build environments. The ideal candidate will understand how the various trades interact and have experience coordinating work across multiple disciplines.
Key attributes we are looking for include:
Strong understanding of construction project delivery
Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors




Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Solid attention to detail and accountability
Experience managing schedules, priorities, and project documentation
Project Coordinator 2-5 years of construction project coordination experience
Experience with document control, RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and reporting
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
