Smart Solutions is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Farnham.

The Role:
As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial and industrial locations while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the collection of waste and recyclable materials on scheduled routes

Load refuse safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where required

Ensure waste is collected efficiently and disposed of at designated facilities

Support the driver in completing routes safely and on time





Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues with equipment or vehicles

Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Maintain accurate collection records where required

Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with the public

What's on Offer:

£12.94 per hour

Saturday overtime paid at £19.41 per hour (time and a half)
