You'll identify opportunities for performance improvements and provide thorough Level of Effort estimates for small to medium projects.

• Design and develop solutions per business needs
• Conduct peer reviews of technical specifications
• Identify and research performance enhancement opportunities
• Provide accurate LOE estimates for solutions
• Create clear technical documentation and specifications
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ServiceNow is a strong asset
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and source control
• Knowledge of Project Management processes
