The Opportunity:

You’ll lead a claims team handling Commercial Liability, Auto, and Property lines, driving hiring, development, and performance across a group of adjusters and technical/admin support staff. This role offers a diverse range of experience across jurisdictions, industries, and risks, and the chance to shape a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, setting goals and balancing workloads

Drive adjuster hiring and development to build a high-performing, client-focused team

Guide the team through litigation, mediation,



and other legal processes as neededCommunicate proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers

Continuously identify ways to improve team efficiency and quality using available technology

Manage multiple priorities while recognizing coaching opportunities and positioning team members for success

What You Bring:

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of related claims experience

Experience in Commercial Auto and CGL

CIP completion or in progress

Appropriate licensing/certification in relevant provinces, or ability to obtain

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to interpret documentation and resolve complex claims issues
