Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for the airport's Operational Safety Program
• Champion proactive risk management and safety culture




• Drive continuous improvement using safety data and metrics
• Lead safety investigations and implement corrective actions
• Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring

Requirements:
• 8+ years in operational or safety-critical aviation roles
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong background in operational risk management
• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
