We are hiring an experienced, self-motivated ERP Specialist to support engineering, production planning, and recent product introduction (NPI) in a lean manufacturing setting. This role will use ERP/MES systems to maintain accurate BOMs and routings, produce accurate and consistent reports and support production schedules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure Bills of Material are accurate and up-to-date
Analyze and improve accuracy of product routings in ERP
Produce accurate COGS, including productions costs, fixed & variable overheads, and logistic costs
Assist in the development of ERP to enhance Production and Purchasing process flow
Ensure customer and company needs are aligned
Participate in inventory maintenance and reconciliation as it pertains to production scheduling i.e. cycle counts
Perform related duties as required
College or University degree/diploma in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an ERP Manufacturing environment
Mechanical Engineering Degree is a bonus
Minimum of 1 years in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and scheduling (Optimizing manufacturing sequences) with ERP Software
Experience with Software systems such as ECI M1, MS Dynamics GP, Netsuite, Infor, Epicor or any other recognized ERP system
Advanced MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
Experience working in a Lean manufacturing or other similar environment.
