SAP FICO Architect Location: Montreal, QC, Canada
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for an Aerospace & Defense MRO setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial solution architecture, process integration, functional workshops, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO solution design, blueprinting, and implementation.
Conduct functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, and PS .
Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing .
Support MRO, defense manufacturing, costing, project accounting, and billing processes.




Drive fit-to-standard and SAP Best Practices adoption.
Lead and mentor functional/technical teams and coordinate global delivery.
Partner with business stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements Strong SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience.
1 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations .
Aerospace & Defense, MRO, or heavy manufacturing experience.
Strong integration and SAP solution architecture experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in both English and French.
Must be available to work 3 days onsite in Montreal .
