Safely operate heavy equipment in accordance with project requirements and Ledcor safety standards

Operate Komatsu WA380/380, John Deere 744/844, and CAT 980/988 loaders

Operate D6/D8 dozers, excavators up to 80T, and 14M graders

Perform utility and material-handling work

Complete pre-trip inspections and daily equipment reports

Maintain awareness around workers, equipment, structures, and site hazards

Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

Work 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day

Support Ledcor Pipeline services on a major industrial project in Fort Hills

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience operating loaders equipped with grapple and jib attachments, dozers and excavators

Experience operating graders is considered an asset

Experience using GPS machine control systems is preferred

Ability to operate equipment with precision and positive spatial awareness

Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a crew

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
