This role reports to the Supervisor of Waste Services and involves direct responsibility for curbside waste collection, staff guidance, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curbside waste, organics, and yard waste collection
• Train and monitor performance of front-line staff
• Schedule and plan operational work effectively




• Ensure compliance with safety and service delivery standards
• Prepare reports and documentation for waste operations

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma in environmental or civil engineering
• Three years of solid waste collection experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Robust administrative and technical skills
• Class “DZ” Driver’s License for operational tasks
