As the Vice-President, Research & Graduate Studies, you'll be a pivotal force in shaping academic policies and strategic direction at NOSM University. You will oversee the Research & Graduate Studies Office, Health Sciences Library, and collaborate with various stakeholders to strengthen research networks. Your role will emphasize expanding graduate programs and administrative excellence, enhancing research impact across rural and Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic five-year plan for RGS
• Oversee graduate programs and research centres




• Build partnerships with funding agencies and health organizations
• Champion recruitment and retention of researchers
• Represent NOSM University on regional and national platforms

Requirements:
• MD with research education or PhD in health discipline
• Proven leader in academic research administration
• Experience with national funding bodies
• Knowledge of health equity and data governance
• Commitment to community-based research
