This full-time, permanent position focuses on managing day-to-day datacentre operations within a multi-megawatt colocation environment. You will coordinate construction phases and oversee mechanical, cooling, electrical, and automation commissioning. This role requires on-call availability outside of regular hours and may involve some weekend or public holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day datacentre infrastructure operations
• Ensure 24/7 uptime and reliability of systems
• Cooperate with engineering and maintenance teams on issues
• Develop standard operating procedures for operations
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for optimal performance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of datacentre or industrial operations management
• Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cooling and power distribution systems
• Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and Finnish
