Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
Change linens, towels, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
Conduct detailed inspections to confirm that cleanliness standards are met before guest check-in
Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Communicate effectively with property owners or managers regarding any maintenance needs or issues observed during cleaning
Maintain organized schedules to ensure timely turnovers between guest stays
Uphold high standards of customer service by being friendly, professional,
and responsive to guest inquiries or special requests when needed
Qualifications
Holds a valid Alberta Drivers License
Pass a Criminal Record Check
Needs to be available on some weekends
Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple properties efficiently
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
