About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this vital role, you will manage the company's outgoing payments, ensure accurate processing of invoices, and support overall accounting operations. What You'll Do
Key aspects of the role include:
Accounts Payable Support
· Invoice Processing: Receiving, verifying,
and data-entering invoices · Three-Way Matching: Verifying that purchase orders, shipping, and invoices all match.
· Payment Preparation: Managing weekly cheque runs and preparing EFTs for vendor payments.
· Reconciliation: Comparing vendor statements to internal ledgers to resolve discrepancies
About You
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Agri or similar software
Agriculture or farming equivalent experience
