Key Responsibilities:
Supervise individual care for assigned clients
Conduct intake assessments and develop care plans
Liaise with stakeholders for coordinated support




Monitor adherence to care and recreation plans
Review clinical documentation to ensure standards

Requirements:
BCBA, RPN, or allied health degree in progress
Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Explicit Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Unrestricted Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with disabilities
