Your role will involve managing the service department, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring effective workflow for mechanics. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Service Department effectively
Create and update work orders and complete invoices
Order and return parts as necessary
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
Utilize Mitchell 1 software proficiently Requirements:
2+ years in customer service and automotive service advising
2+ years of parts ordering experience
Familiarity with Mitchell 1 automotive software
Valid G Class Driver's Licence
