Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized support while working towards individual care goals
Document daily activities and necessary reports thoroughly
Facilitate recreational and daily living activities
Maintain a safe and encouraging setting at all times
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Requirements:
Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License
At least one year of relevant experience required
First Aid and CPR certification needed
Success in Positive Behavior Management is a plus
Criminal Record Clearance and three references
