Oversee Mountain Sports School operations daily
Manage instructor schedules and lesson coordination
Integrate with sales and online booking systems
Train and supervise sports school staff

Eligible to work in Canada with necessary permits
Level 2 instructor certification required
Minimum 2 seasons of instructional experience
2 seasons in a supervisory role preferred
