Duties
Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and team adherence to company policies
Lead, supervise, and develop team members through effective training
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling procedures and POS transactions
Requirements
Previous experience supervising or team management experience in a retail environment ideally in a food related industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
Experience with recruiting, training & development,
and scheduling staff effectively
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service standards, and store management practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Must have schedule flexibility
Must be available to work every weekend with schedule to be predominantly between Thursday and Monday
Must be available to start as early as 6am and work as late as 10pm
